Meet Our Leaders
Cynthia Sener
President, Affiliate Marketing Group — CAKE | TUNE
As President of Affiliate Marketing, I oversee TUNE and CAKE teams within the Andromeda Group of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). I was previously with CSI 12 years ago and jumped at the chance to rejoin the team in 2024. Returning, I bring 25 years of digital marketing experience to support the TUNE and CAKE teams and superb products.
Personally, I love the outdoors and cannot get enough camping, sailing, SCUBA diving, and horseback riding. I’m a mom of two teenagers (and a wide variety of pets) and spend my free time as a free taxi to youth groups, community theaters, and Girl Scouts.
Garth Harris
COO, Affiliate Marketing Group — CAKE | TUNE
As COO of the Affiliate Marketing Group, my focus is to drive growth and adoption through our marketing and product teams while providing excellent customer service within our onboarding and support departments.
I’ve been in the affiliate marketing industry for 15 years. In that time, I’ve held a wide range of roles, from client services manager to senior director of product engineering and, most recently, general manager at CAKE. These experiences have helped me build a deep understanding of our customers and their businesses.
Outside of work, I’m happiest behind a grill or at the beach with my family.
Karen Nugent
With over 25 years in the performance marketing industry, I currently lead Customer Success at TUNE and CAKE, helping our clients succeed with their programs. I focus on building strong partnerships, empowering our team, and driving strategic outcomes that align with our customers’ evolving needs.
Outside of work, you can usually find me walking my dogs Coco and Benji, painting abstract watercolors, or enjoying good champagne with people I love. I’ve traveled the world, but these days, it’s the simple joys — sunshine, art, and connection — that keep me inspired.
Ksenia Loginova
I’m a finance professional with over seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis, currently focused on partnering with business leaders to drive performance through data-driven insights, budgeting, and forecasting. In my role as Finance Manager for TUNE and CAKE, I help align financial strategy with operational goals, supporting decision-making through analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors — whether it’s paddleboarding in the summer, cross-country skiing in the winter, or heading out on camping trips with my family. You’ll often find me near the water or on a trail, recharging in nature.
Bryce Cerget
Human Resources Business Partner, Affiliate Marketing Group — CAKE | TUNE
I’m Bryce Cerget, a Human Resources Business Partner with seven years of experience, including my three years at Perseus supporting CAKE and TUNE, where I focus on employee engagement, development, and driving people-first initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
I’m passionate about building inclusive, efficient, and supportive work environments.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling or exploring nature with my dog, Stormi.
David Wilson
I lead Engineering at CAKE, where I’ve spent over 13 years building not just platforms that scale, but teams that thrive. I’m passionate about developing people through clear expectations, honest feedback, and a strong culture of ownership. Under my leadership, CAKE’s tech has grown to support billions of transactions a month while keeping quality high and team retention even higher.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me playing guitar or piano, hiking a trail, out on the golf course, chasing waves along the coast, or reading good books. Most likely of all, you can find me investing my time with family and church community.
